Cuckmere Haven
The Cuckmere Estuary stands in
between Seaford Head and The Seven
Sisters and is where the Cuckmere
River meets the English Channel.
It is a beautiful location and
popular tourist destination for
water sports, walking or generally
just enjoying the beach and the sea.
It is also an important nature
reserve and part of the Seven
Sisters Country Park.
I know this area well due to my
involvement with
Belle Toute which stands high on
the impressive chalk cliffs of
Beachy Head which is just along the
coast from Cuckmere.
